  • Compliant: Stored securely in the geographical location of your preference, in full compliance with the regulations specific to your locality.
  • Protected against unintended deletion: Deleted documents are automatically moved to the recycle bin for a three months period before they are finally purged.
  • In-Transit Encryption: Data transferred to and from our storage is encrypted in transit by default using SSL/TLS (Secure Sockets Layer/Transport Layer Security). This means that data is encrypted as it travels between your device and OMD Document Hub.
  • At-Rest Encryption: Your documents are first encrypted before being uploaded. When opening a document, OMD will first decrypt the document locally.
  • Access to documents is monitored.
  • Highly available and secured against DDoS attacks.
  • All new documents in the OMD Document Hub are copied to read-only storage for archiving.
