Master Data - Contracts

Alongside the customer, contracts and contract lines can be defined to let OMD generate visits on a regular basis. Basically, a contract is an agreement with the customer to ensure regular visits on the customer’s location. Whereas contracts can have a specific validity date, contract lines are used to identify the frequency and the details with which the visits must be planned.
