• [CASD-24428] - CommunicationService.showForegroundNotification causes SecurityException
  Fixes errors where the app crashes after it was suspended by Android and then resumed by an alarm, as well as when the Briefing icon is tapped. Also, unencrypted http requests were not possible for developers.
