Bug

• [CASD-20660] - App doesn't notify if connection to server is lost
  Recovered notification behavior for Android versions from 8.0 upwards.
• [CASD-24754] - CWS Ticket: 200402113 - TL Note goes to wrong recipient
  In very rare cases the reference of a note to the task was lost and the note was sent to the territory email address instead. This fix improves the reliability of the app to set the task-reference correctly.

Improvement

• [CASD-18087] - Add location button
  Flow preference "showRelocateIcon" controls display of a new icon and map screen in the mobile app, to support manual updates of diverging task/customer geocodes. Resulting "relocate" task attachments are provided with Gateway data.
