Configuration Identifier
The configuration identifier is a unique number, identifying an OMD Go configuration. It is used to protect data from unauthorized organizations and users. OMD Go users can only see and update configurations they have access to.
For Customers
To access OMD Interact, you require the configuration identifier used by your service provider. The username is your customer number as defined by your service provider. Ask your service provider for the initial password.
For Mobile Workers
To access OMD Mobile, you require the configuration identifier used by your organization. The username usually is your employee number within the organization. Ask your service provider for the initial password.
For Administrators
If you have created a configuration yourself, you are initially the only user who has access to this configuration. You may grant permission to other OMD web users in the Settings -> Access Permissions
screen. You may only grant permission to those users who have registered with the same email domain address as yourself.
Access for customers and mobile workers can be defined within OMD Configurator.
The identifier of your configuration can be found in your browser's address field once you have opened the configuration. For example, the URL https://www.optimizemyday.com/omd/?configuration=596658 points to configuration 596658.
