Projects

Projects allow mobile workers to share common planned items while working on sub-tasks. A sub-task can be started, executed and closed, which has no effect on the project, with one exception:

The planned items of the project are listed with every sub-task and can be edited. If delivery information is entered for the planned items and the sub-task is closed, the delivery information is uploaded and attached to the project, plus all other mobile workers receive the delivery information. Further editing of the planned items is no longer possible.

To enable working with project data on the devices, set the flow preference projectConfiguration to true.
